Wholeness is an easy enough idea (or principle) to grasp. When we speak of wholeness we are obviously talking about "the whole thing". We can refer to the wholeness of anything, from our own individual wholeness (the whole of who we are) to the wholeness of life itself (all that exists). In each case we are getting in touch with the fact of something in its completeness.
When we refer to nature and life and use the word "wholeness" we are speaking of the one undeniable fact of existence- that life indeed exists. This fact of existence makes possible what we are experiencing now. If it were not for this we could not be asking these questions. Life as a whole is one. It is one whole, and this whole includes absolutely everything that can or will ever exist.
Wholeness - The Principle
The principle of wholeness is vital for us to understand if we are to appreciate life as well as feel and express love both towards ourselves and others. We must understand wholeness deeply, for it is this recognition of wholeness that makes undeniable our further recognition that we are all part of the same one thing.
As part of the one whole, we are all equal. We may express ourselves differently, and explore different sides of this thing we call life. however we come from the same place and are all governed by the same natural law, the first of which is love. We all seek to align with it, both for ourselves and others.
Wholeness and Possiblity
Diversity is inherent in nature. It is essential that nature and life explore possibility entirely in order to get it all right. Nature can leave no stone unturned. Life as its core is possiblity. When we love, this is what we are challenged to appreciate. We are learning to appreciate possibility, and all that it is capable of.
Possibility is wher our joy comes from. We despair when we feel that life or some part of it is impossible. If we can see what lies in the realm of possiblity, we appreciate life- we love life and all that lives. We feel a part of something wonderful and can share this feeling with others through love.
To move forward, we need to understand more deeply, the nature of possiblity. Stay tuned by subscribing.
